An Evening of Enlightenment: The Sharp Again Naturally Gala With Julie Gregory

Our Chief Health Liaison, Julie Gregory, was recently the keynote speaker and honoree for Sharp Again Naturally’s annual fundraising gala held at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle, New York. Her contributions to the field of Alzheimer’s reversal were acknowledged. Julie shared her personal story of recovery from cognitive decline that led to the creation of her non-profit ApoE4.Info and has helped to shape aspects of the Bredesen Protocol. She also gave a brief overview of the Bredesen Seven — the seven foundational strategies used in the protocol — to provide those in attendance with brain health strategies to kickstart their personal brain health journeys.

Sharp Again Naturally is a 501(c)(3), based in New Rochelle, NY, dedicated to creating a world where dementia can be prevented, treated, and reversed, and where everyone has the ability to remain cognitively healthy throughout their lives. Dr. Bredesen was the keynote speaker at last year’s gala. Also in attendance was politician George Latimer, the Westchester County Executive, who expressed his support for the work of the organization. The event was hosted by Emmy-award-winning reporter Lisa LaRocca, who shared her family’s journey with Alzheimer’s disease.
